Today I will take about Excel again 

If you want to know if the student succeeded or failed , Make table to write the student’s subjects and marks and in the cell of total marks: you can use (function If) press insert function and choose if and in logical _test write half of the student’s total marks more than and equal and click the cell that mentions if the student  succeeded or failed ,write in value if true succeeded and write in value if false (failed) and click ok
